Unconscious Potential, her own company has been in operation since 2008. Beginning her career in the field of engineering, Silvia has over 20 years’ corporate experience in and across several disciplines including executive leadership, technology, program, project and change management.
Silvia partners at all levels within an organisation including C Level, directors, senior executives, leaders, emerging leaders and teams. Be it coaching, training or facilitation, Silvia takes a tailored approach to each client engagement working towards achieving sustainable behavioural change, enhanced skill and mind sets for the benefit of individual, team and organisation.
While taking a pragmatic approach, Silvia work is evidence based and also leverages current research in neuroscience to support change.
