What is Coaching?
Coaching is a solution-focused and action orientated process that looks at the future and how change can occur. Instead of focusing on why things are the way they are, it asks 'what can we do about it'? It is equally about goal attainment and enhancing well being.
To achieve this, coaching holds you to the deadlines, actions and promises
that you have established. By working with a coach, you make a commitment
to change, and your coach supports you in that commitment.

All of this occurs within a partnership providing a supportive and
non judgmental space in which you can improve performance, achieve desired
goals and enhance the quality of your life or the performance of your
business.
As your coach, I am here to support and motivate you. I will be your
advocate when you feel stuck, and keep you accountable for doing the
things you say you are going to do. All this helps keep you on track
to achieving your desired outcomes.

The Coaching Process
The coaching relationship is framed within an adult learning cycle
that encourages a systematic, solution-focused process of setting goals,
taking action, reflecting to make sense of changes and making required
adjustments as we work towards achievement of your goals.

Coaching sessions are held on an agreed regular basis with actions
defined by and acted upon by you, the client in between sessions. To
get the most out of coaching, a minimum of three sessions should be
committed to.
An initial complimentary coaching session is conducted to give you
the opportunity to experience my coaching style and assess the value
that you can gain from the relationship. Following from this, we work
together to develop a specific coaching program that will help you achieve
results.
Coaching is conducted in a confidential environment either face-to-face
or phone dependent on your needs and location. Both delivery methods
are equally effective. You can also contact me via phone and email in
between sessions as required.
Taking the first step is the hardest. If you are genuinely ready to
stop complaining about the things that aren’t working in your
life and want to begin to take control, take that step and book an introductory
telephone or face to face session today. Coaching holds us to deadlines,
